Tailored Training and Consultancy

In addition to training programmes specifically for Fast Stream individual development, many organisations have development needs that affect some or all of their Fast Streamers and other staff. Our position at the heart of government allows us to give you access to the very best in terms of resources, contacts and experience. On site programmes

All our Fast Stream programmes can be delivered in your own premises or a location of your choosing.

Tailored programmes

Most organisations will feel at some time that not all their learning objectives can be met by programmes that are "off- the-peg". In order to tailor our existing programmes, we work closely with your organisation, listening, questioning, and developing a strong sense of what you need and how you want it delivered. Examples, exercises and simulated situations can then be related directly to the experiences of your colleagues, providing learning that is coloured by and slanted towards the specific learning needs of your organisation.

Bespoke programmes

We can also carry out detailed diagnostic work with your organisation to design a programme that fully meets your requirements and objectives. Clients usually derive the most benefit when they are fully involved in this process.

Consultancy

We consult by working with our clients, involving them in creating and developing processes to bring about real and lasting change. It may be that your department is concerned about a particular process or area of work: we can review those and recommend improvements.
