As a Fast Streamer you have 15 days training per year invested in you reflecting the expectations around your performance. We can help you use them wisely to develop a repertoire of business skills that will give you the learning you need to succeed in government and help accelerate your career.

We are the leading training provider for the UK Civil Service, are part of government, and works at its heart. This gives us access to the key players, analysts and influencers in Westminster, Whitehall, the devolved administrations, academia, and the media. As a result, we're uniquely positioned to help your development as a Fast Streamer.

With us, your Fast Stream training is not a prescribed one-size-fits-all package imposed upon you. Rather, it is about individual needs, and the skills you need to develop to progress firstly to Grade 7 , and then to the Senior Civil Service.
