Starting Out - Year 1
These are the programmes that are the essential grounding programmes for all new Fast Streamers, whether you are a recent graduate, an In-Service Fast Streamer, or have prior work experience outside the Civil Service.
Making Further Progress - Years 2-3
These are the programmes that should be attended when preparing for or starting specific roles: policy-making, communications, operational delivery, stakeholder management, project/programme management, and working with or in Private Office
Specific Knowledge Roles
- The EU
- Finance
- The legal framework
When preparing for or starting a role which requires knowledge of these areas, these courses are best attended as soon as possible.
Preparing for Line Management
If you have just taken up or about to take up line management responsibility for staff, these courses will help you extract the best possible performance from those you manage.
Unlocking SCS Potential - Years 3-4
These are the programmes that will provide you with the knowledge and skills to help you get to Grade7.
