What we do

We understand the pressures on public sector resources, and we aim to deliver affordable training that helps make a difference to your performance in the workplace. We deliver a wide range of learning and consultancy services – if you can’t find what you need from our published range, get in touch through our Customer Service Unit and we will work with you to provide what you need.

Common Curriculum
We are working as a partner of Civil Service Learning (CSL) to deliver courses from the new Common Curriculum. This is a programme of learning which meets the learning needs that are common across the Civil Service. It provides the right learning for each stage of a Civil Service career.

Training courses
Choose from our wide range of courses offering personal, technical, skills-based, competence-based and professional training. We have something to suit everyone at every stage of their career.

Qualifications
We offer a range of qualifications which are accredited by some of the world’s leading management schools, universities and professional bodies. They range from starter qualifications for those working in specialist roles, to Masters level qualifications for senior executives.

On-site and tailored training
If you want to make group bookings, we can come to you and deliver most of our courses at a venue of your choice. We can tailor courses to your context or develop something totally bespoke, giving you even better value for money.

E-learning
Our Virtual School gives you access to a range of e-learning packages and resources which you can use at home or in the office. Many of these products are free to use, and include tutorials, video lessons and an online library featuring expert advice from the world’s most successful public and private sector leaders.

Consultancy
We have the expertise to run consultancy projects for you, in the UK and internationally.
