How We Work

On a practical level we can work with international government administrations flexibly and in different ways. Although technology is a great enabler the mechanics of how we work together will always flow from the project and could involve one, one or more commonly, a blend of approaches and ways of working such as:
  • an extended presence in the host country, enhanced by professional input as needed and administrative and technological support from the UK
  • visits to the National School in the UK , offering insights into UK government and public administration using conferences, seminars, working visits and high level introductions
  • secondments to the host country for the coaching and mentoring of key staff
  • video conferencing
  • e-learning and shared resources facilities.
