Leadership Assurance & Benchmarking

Departments that deliver their own in-house Senior Civil Service (SCS) and feeder grade leadership development programmes and activities and the wider corporate body of the Civil Service want assurance that money spent on leadership development is money well spent. They have told us that they would welcome a service which could help them in benchmarking their in-house leadership development activity and would offer valuable benefits across the Service as a whole.
