Congratulations to H M Treasury on receiving the National School's 3 Star Leadership Assurance & Benchmarking award for its Catalyst Programme. The National School's Leadership Assurance & Benchmarking (LAB) team recently worked with H M Treasury to assess its Catalyst Programme designed to support the transition of staff at Range E level into the SCS at Range F i.e. first level SCS. The LAB team was impressed with the overall quality of the programme, identifying good levels of proficiency or better in most areas and some areas where the programme is particularly strong. The LAB team also noted a number of areas for development which if addressed would further enhance the quality of the programme. The LAB team assessed the Catalyst Programme as Advanced in that it meets or exceeds minimum quality standards in most areas and demonstrates exemplary standards in some. The National School is therefore pleased to award the HM Treasury Catalyst Programme 3 Stars and to invite them to use the 3 Star Leadership Assurance & Benchmarking logo on the Catalyst Programme materials.
