The challenge of delivery: cross-departmental Public Service Agreements (PSA)
The National School of Government held a conference on Public Service Agreements on the 11 June 2008. The conference explored, with key stakeholders, the challenges to come in delivering them as well as reviewing the lessons learnt from those PSAs that have already been embedded.
It featured live links to groups participating remotely across the UK, with real-time feedback between delegates in London and at regional locations.
