The Challenge of Delivery II: second conference on cross-departmental Public Service Agreements

June 2008 saw the first National School conference on cross-departmental Public Service Agreements. Representatives from across government, with key stakeholders, explored the challenges in delivery and reviewed the lessons learned so far.
