*These interactive workshops are based on case studies which clearly demonstrate collaborative leadership in action either via a specific collaborative leadership development initiative or via an initiative where collaborative leadership has had a real impact in improving public service delivery and outcomes.

A short presentation outlining the background, the issues at stake, the impact and the collaborative leadership lessons will be followed by a facilitated discussion, in which participants will be able not only to learn from but also help shape the future of such initiatives.

This programme will be updated on a regular basis; please check back for updates.
