Your initial approach will be taken by one of our core management team members for Organisation Development who are highly experienced senior staff. They will serve as your route into the National School and quickly introduce you to one of our Account Managers who will act as a single point of contact for you and will help you identify how to improve organisational effectiveness and performance. Having this single point of contact for discussion and diagnostics of development needs brings our clients many benefits including a more streamlined and efficient service.
