Tailored programmes

Most organisations will feel at some time or other that not all their learning objectives can be met by programmes that are 'off-the-peg'. With this 'tailoring-to-fit' of existing programmes, we work closely with your organisation, listening, questioning and developing a strong sense of what you need and how you want it delivered. Examples, exercises and simulated situations can then be related directly to the experiences of your colleagues, providing learning that is coloured by and slanted towards the specific learning needs and objectives of your organisation.

We can also carry out detailed diagnostic work with your organisation to design a programme that is unique to the requirements of your organisation.
