A Workbook
This Workbook is intended to assist anyone who is involved in the close examination of a policy or programme operating in another country or administration, with a view to learning lessons from it and possibly importing new ideas or practices into their own area of work. Its aim is to encourage policy officials to learn from abroad, by helping them to be confident that their recommendations are based on well-chosen international examples. The risk of uninformed, incomplete or inappropriate policy transfer is thereby minimised.
A pdf(1871kb) and editable Word version of the Workbook are also available for downloading.
