Minority ethnic groups and crime

On 24 November 2005, the Home Office (HO) published a report (Minority ethnic groups and crime: findings from the Offending, Crime and Justice Survey) which presents the findings from the 2003 Offending, Crime and Justice Survey on the experiences of respondents from different ethnic groups. It examines levels of self-reported offending, anti-social and other problem behaviours and drug use among different ethnic groups, and explores the extent to which different groups report contact with the criminal justice system.

The full report can be viewed on the Home Office website (pdf).
