The House of Commons Constitutional Affairs Committee published a report (Immigration and Asylum: the Government's proposed changes to publicly funded immigration and asylum work (HC 1171-I, Session 2002-03)) on 31 October 2003, which finds that the government needs to re-think its proposed changes to publicly funded immigration and asylum work.
