On 6 December 2007, the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) published a report (The Government’s response to the report by Baroness Corston of a review of women with particular vulnerabilities in the Criminal Justice System (Cm 7261)) which sets out the commitments that have been made across departments to take forward recommendations.
Baroness Jean Corston published her report on a Review of women with particular vulnerabilities in the Criminal Justice System on 13 March 2007. The report made 43 recommendations for improving the approaches, services and interventions for women in the criminal justice system and women at risk of offending.
