On 20 November 2009, Communities and Local Government (CLG) and the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) published a self-assessment toolkit designed to help social housing landlords benchmark current approaches to tackling overcrowding. It also serves to provide guidance on building services for the future, working closely with local authority partners.
