Redefining justice

An independent study published on 5 November 2009 by the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) looks closely at how frontline services meet the needs of victims and witnesses.

The report details the findings of a nine month study of services currently provided, based on meetings with around 1,000 people including victims, witnesses and staff employed by the organisations that support them.
