Biography
Steve joined The National School of Government in 1998 as a lecturer in Procurement.
Steve has worked in a number of Government Departments in procurement roles and has over 25 years Public Sector Procurement experience. Stephen lectured on procurement on a wide range of National School programmes with particular emphasis on contract formation, management and service delivery.
Steve is a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS), is an accredited member of the International Association of Contract and Commercial Managers (IACCM) and the Chartered Management Institute. Steve also holds the Procurement based MBA from the University of Birmingham.
