1. An online booking form will be completed in full or, alternatively, a booking form will be downloaded, completed and faxed to 01344 634608.
2. Upon receipt of the booking form, De Vere Venues will confirm that a PDA has been made.
3. PDA's can only be requested from 21 days prior to the course.
4. All reservations are made subject to availability.
5. Bedroom reservations will not be accepted without the completion of a PDA booking form.
6. Full payment for Pre Day Arrival accommodation will be made on the day of arrival at Sunningdale Park. You may pay by cash, cheque, Government Procurement Card or credit/debit card.
7. Credit card details will not be required to confirm your bedroom reservation.
8. Cancellation of any accommodation must be made by completing a cancellation form at least 24 hours prior to the day of arrival.
9. All cancellations that are not made by the completion of a cancellation form will be charged in full.
