HR Professionals

Our complete offering for HR professionals is as a result of a partnership between the National School of Government and the HR Transformation Directorate, Cabinet Office. This partnership ensures that our core programme is focused on the key issues being raised by HR professionals across the Civil Service.

As an effective learning partner, we help create high-quality opportunities for development which includes working with carefully selected external providers to ensure high-calibre provision. We also provide tailored support to individual organisations, either directly or through sourced providers.

Our development programme is grounded in both the Civil Service HR and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) professional standards, and builds on a sound understanding of the evolving role of HR in organisations and the Civil Service context. Although designed for HR professionals, many of the opportunities will also be of relevance to other delivery managers interested in getting the best out of the people in their organisations.
