Single Client Development

We support departmental development objectives through consultancy, tailored and bespoke programmes, an area our clients find increasingly beneficial. Real-life cases and issues are used to help meet the specific development needs of an organisation. There's the very positive side-effect of better teamwork within and across departments.

We pride ourselves on understanding quickly the real issues facing your organisation and working with you to find practical solutions. That might be through an intervention, some bespoke consultancy work tailored to your needs, a modified programme and/or a team or group event; these could be delivered in your premises, or ours, or at another location at a time to suit you.

Examples of our recent work include designing and delivering events to support organisational change programmes and facilitating team and one-off events.

We also support Heads of Profession. Recent examples include the development of the 'Engage' programme for the Government Communications Network and a major e-learning initiative for the Head of Profession for Finance in support of Professional Skills for Government.
