Our Account Management Team is here to help you get the best support the National School can provide to enable you build the capability of your organisation. The Account Manager will provide the focal point for your organisation and will work with you and the School to find the right solutions to meet your needs.

The National School is part of the Civil Service and sits at the centre of government. It has a breadth and depth of knowledge and expertise that can be brought together for the benefit of your organisation. We can call upon a wide mix of resources ranging across our own faculty, senior leaders in government both in the UK and internationally, and business schools, universities and industry leaders.

If you are a board executive or HR / L&D head in a public service organisation, we can help you identify solutions for your organisation-wide development needs. If you are a senior manager of a team or business unit we can also help you address more localised problems. If you are in a similar role but work outside of the civil service, you won’t have a nominated account manager but that doesn’t mean we cannot assist – just contact Elizabeth Staddon to discuss your requirements or go to our Consultancy Services section.

We will get to the real issues behind problems and our recommendations will always be practical, evidence based and drawn from best practice, leading thinking and what is fit for purpose. We work with diverse government departments which share one thing in common – a wish to improve their capability to deliver in increasingly challenging times.

All of our work supports the strategic priorities for learning and development in government under the governance of the Civil Service Capability Board.
